Shawn Brown
Chief Operating Officer
Since 2007, Shawn Brown has served as the Chief Operations Officer for TEL Staffing & HR, bringing a distinguished career spanning more than two decades in Risk Management and Insurance with major national carriers. His deep expertise in operational leadership, risk mitigation, and enterprise-level process optimization has been instrumental in TEL’s continued growth and its reputation for excellence across multiple industries.
Shawn’s career is defined by a commitment to disciplined operations, client-focused service delivery, and a proactive approach to risk management. His leadership style emphasizes integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement, values that have become foundational to TEL’s culture.
Jason Albert, EJD, SPHR
Chief Compliance Officer
Jason Albert serves as Chief Compliance Officer for the TEL group of companies, where he provides strategic leadership across legal compliance, human resources, employee relations, and talent management. With more than 18 years of executive experience spanning multiple industries, he brings a balanced perspective of technical precision and business acumen to complex organizational challenges.
Jason holds an Executive Juris Doctor and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP). He remains actively engaged in his community through veteran outreach initiatives and professional affiliations, including the Shipbuilders Council of America.
Susie Nix, CSP
Staffing Account Manager
Susie Nix leads the Staffing Division at TEL Staffing & HR, where she’s been a key player since 2012. With a background in Organizational Communication and a CSP certification, she has driven TEL’s staffing growth. Susie brings passion, leadership, and a strong belief in work-life balance—proudly balancing her role with being a wife and mother of two.
Wendy Hardy
Benefits Manager
Wendy Hardy, a longtime Pensacola resident, began in Accounting at TEL before discovering her passion in Payroll and Benefits. Now Payroll & Benefits Manager, she ensures accuracy and efficiency, bringing deep expertise and care to every client. She’s also a Florida notary.
