Risk Manager
Shawn Brown, Chief Operating Officer at TEL Staffing & HR, joined in 2007. A Pensacola native, he’s led nationwide efforts to reduce workplace injuries and workers’ compensation claims, saving companies hundreds of thousands through strategic risk management and operational excellence.
Wendy Hardy
Benefits Manager
Wendy Hardy, a longtime Pensacola resident, began in Accounting at TEL before discovering her passion in Payroll and Benefits. Now Payroll & Benefits Manager, she ensures accuracy and efficiency, bringing deep expertise and care to every client. She’s also a Florida notary.
Jason P. Albert, SPHR
Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources at TEL Staffing & HR, Jason P. Albert leads HR strategy, including employee relations, talent management, and compliance. With 15+ years of leadership across industries, he brings technical and business expertise. Jason is SPHR-certified, pursuing an Executive Juris Doctor, and actively serves his community through veteran outreach, Habitat for Humanity, and industry organizations.
Susie Nix, CSP
Staffing Account Manager
Susie Nix leads the Staffing Division at TEL Staffing & HR, where she’s been a key player since 2012. With a background in Organizational Communication and a CSP certification, she has driven TEL’s staffing growth. Susie brings passion, leadership, and a strong belief in work-life balance—proudly balancing her role with being a wife and mother of two.
