These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to TEL Staffing & HR’s Referral Program (“Program”). The purpose of this Program is to encourage referrals of new TEL Staffing & HR clients. By submitting a referral, the Participant agrees to these Terms, which may be updated by TEL Staffing & HR at any time.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Program, a Participant must:
- Submit a referral through TEL Staffing & HR’s Referral Form.
- Be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.
- Referrals submitted must not involve any conflicts of interest or violate confidentiality agreements or non-compete clauses that the Participant may have with other companies.
Definition of a Qualified Referral
A Qualified Referral must meet the following criteria:
- The referred company must be located in the United States and meet TEL Staffing & HR’s industry criteria.
- The referral must become a TEL Staffing & HR client and process payroll within 90 days of the referral submission.
- The referred company must not have been referred by another participant in the past six months.
Rewards for Qualified Referrals
If a Qualified Referral becomes a TEL Staffing & HR client and completes their first 90 days of service, the Participant will receive a one-time payment based on the following structure:
- $100 for every $100,000 processed in annual payroll.
Rewards will be processed 90 days after the referred client’s first payroll cycle. All decisions regarding eligibility for rewards are made at the sole discretion of TEL Staffing & HR.
Program Changes and Termination
TEL Staffing & HR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. All decisions related to the Program, including but not limited to eligibility and reward determination, are at TEL Staffing & HR’s sole discretion.
Tax Liability
Participants are responsible for any tax implications related to referral rewards. TEL Staffing & HR may request a completed IRS Form W-9 from Participants who qualify for rewards. TEL Staffing & HR will report earnings as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
TEL Staffing & HR is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the administration of the Program. Total liability to any Participant shall not exceed the reward amount, if any, awarded under the Program.
